  • Despite all their efforts to attract consumers to their brand through advertising, marketers increasingly recognize that the store environment exerts a strong influence on many purchase decisions. This term paper focuses on how the in-store shopping environment influences impulse buying behavior in consumers.

2.  The Courteous Behavior of Cabin Crew of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) can increase its Customers’ Loyalty.

  • “People” is one of the important component of “Service Marketing Mix” and the courteous behavior of people providing service can surely attract and retain customers by increasing customer loyalty. Therefore in this study, it has been tried to study and establish a relation between the courteous behavior of “People” of Pakistan International Airline (PIA), that is the cabin crew in particular, and the customer loyalty.
